Darcy L. Proctor
Partner | Chicago Office & Bolingbrook Office
Darcy is a partner in Tressler’s Local Government Practice Group. Darcy concentrates her practice in the defense of local governments in all aspects of tort, civil rights liability and employment litigation. She also defends private sector employers across a variety of employment law issues. A seasoned litigator, Darcy has taken dozens of cases to trial in both state and federal court. Clients trust Darcy to provide them with the best defense possible in court based upon her proven record of successful results. She also counsels her clients with training seminars, educating on best practices and loss prevention strategies to mitigate liability.
Catherine Geisler
Associate | Chicago Office
Catherine is an associate in the Insurance Practice Group. She represents insurance carriers and insureds in a wide range of insurance coverage matters involving policies such as commercial general liability policies, commercial umbrella/excess policies, commercial auto policies, privacy liability policies, professional liability policies and business owners’ policies. Catherine’s work includes analyzing insurance coverage issues, assessing insurance carriers’ risks, preparing coverage opinions and position letters and handling all aspects of insurance coverage litigation in state and federal courts.
Alexander T. Givens
Associate | St. Louis Metro Area Office
Alexander is an associate in Tressler’s Litigation Practice Group. Alex focuses his practice on tort defense and insurance coverage, including but not limited to personal injury defense, transportation litigation, subrogation claims, workers’ compensation and coverage analysis. Furthermore, Alex has extensive experience handling business services, contractual and family law disputes for individuals throughout the state of Missouri.
Sarah Elizabeth Melendez

Sarah is an associate in the HOA/Condominium & Common Interest Community Association Law practice. Her practice includes knowledge in the areas of real estate financing, insurance, foreclosures and interpreting banking laws and regulations.
Samantha Rothman
Associate | Chicago Office
Samantha is an associate in the Insurance Practice Group. She focuses her practice in the areas of insurance coverage analysis and litigation. She has prepared coverage opinions and position letters for insurers and handles a wide variety of issues involving general liability and first-party property policies. Samantha also has significant litigation experience and participates in all facets of discovery and trial preparation.
Joseph A. Silverstein

Joseph is an associate in the Condominium & Common Interest Community Association Practice Group. Joseph has extensive experience in and deep knowledge of civil litigation, collections and foreclosure defense. Joseph also advises condominium associations of their rights and responsibilities under Illinois law.
Cayla Whitley

Cayla Whitley is an associate in Tressler’s Labor & Employment Practice Group in our Orange County, California office. Cayla primarily handles employment and litigation matters and she provides management-side labor and employment litigation defense to a broad range of clients.
Jennifer Dancy
Senior Counsel | St. Louis Metro Area Office
Jenny is senior counsel in the Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice in general defense litigation, personal injury, transportation, property damage, insurance coverage and employment law. Jenny relies upon her vast courtroom, deposition, motion practice, discovery and appellate experience to handle all aspects of litigation. She has effectively litigated cases in counties throughout Missouri and Texas as well as in various federal and appellate courts. Jenny has had positive outcomes through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and has also had many successful dispositive motions in both state and federal courts.
Georgia L. Joyce
Senior Counsel | Chicago Office
Georgia represents insurers and insureds in federal and state court in a wide variety of insurance coverage litigation, including claims under general liability policies; life, health and accident policies; professional liability policies and financial institution bonds. She has experience in all phases of litigation, mediation and settlement. Georgia also has represented insurers and insureds as coverage counsel in matters involving directors and officers liability insurance, professional liability/errors and omissions insurance and financial institution bonds. In addition, Georgia has represented insurance clients in bankruptcy court in adversary proceedings alleging fraudulent conveyances, preferential transfers and other bankruptcy-related issues.
